Restaurant Proeverij De Open Keuken

Friend invited us last week for a "small" bite ended up having several bites. Good concept with small portions so you can taste more of the menu, good wine. The zuchini soup, ribs and fish where all very good. Service spot on. Don't mis the restrooms.

It was a pleasant evening, we went out on Christmas Eve. The food was delicious, the service was great!

Onbeperkt gamba’s! Very nice concept of unlimited potions and very tasty cooked prawns. Took a bit long between portions due to busy period but staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I have been here multiple times and it never disappoints! Very good restaurant in Hilversum, with a nice and cozy environment, great service and amazing food!

Great Christmas dinner. Friendly personnel, good food and a cosy setting. Later we had dinner with regular menu, many small dishes. What a great experience. It's nice to share and taste new foods without committing to just one. Once again here. This time August. Another great experience.

The food was delicious. It is definitely a place to go back to. I think my favorite combination was the ribs and poke bowl. But the prawns, carpaccio, parma ham and Mellon were extremely tasty too. Fresh produce being prepared to perfection. Thank you!

I've been a fan of this place for years and they continue to deliver. The concept works, smallish plates, hot and cold, vegetarian and not make your choices and enjoy.

There is a good reason this place has been going so long. They cook fresh food on site, change parts of the menu each season, and use high quality ingredients.

Service is excellent and attentive and the bill at the end reasonable.

Look out for their specials as well. These are normally great value and great fun.

Had a lovely family dinner here that felt as if we were having dinner in a farm kitchen. Lovely atmosphere and warm. The food menu had plenty of choice and the desert menu written on a rolling pin was unique. Food was well prepared and service was good.

Extremely friendly staff with good food! Price is also very decent for what you get. There is a very diverse menu with different tastes for everyone. I would recommend it to those that don't necessarily want a large main course, but instead want smaller tapas-like dishes.

Good food for good prices, and excellent service. Whats not to to like? That its very popular and therefore crowdy perhaps. The menu is good with plenty to choose from. The small bites lets you taste everything you love. Tldr: good food, good price, would come again.
