Ganesha Indian Restaurant

The food was amazing! The service was also great but sometimes they forgot to give us drinks. No worries tho, because they were friendly. I wanted to take the leftover home but had to pay €2,50 for that. In my opinion that’s a bit improper as I already paid for the food.

We had early dinner (better to reserve) and it was really good. (Like really good) all the dishes we had were good quality. We will defenitly come back. Great place

The food is good, the prices are not outrageous, the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is kinda fancy. Really nice staff as well.

The waiter was very friendly and also the atmosphere was cozy. The food was on a hot slab, which was funny and cool.

Easily my favourite restaurant in Hilversum. Their food is very good, they have an ok vegetarian selection and when you order take out you always get a little extra. The only complaint - if you can call it that -is that their portions are MASSIVE. We usually order 2 main courses for a family of 3 and we still have leftovers for the next day. Highly recommended.

A very tasty and authentic Indian meal experience. We were a big group of 10+ people and the staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was tasty and despite being so many of us, the order was ready very soon. Good range of choice in both vegetarian as well as non vegetarian options. Highly recommend!

As an Indian cuisine lover I can honestly say that this is my favorite Indian restaurant. The location is perfect, right in the city centre of Hilversum with several parking spaces/garages nearby. The interior of the restaurant is very cosy, well maintained and the toilets are clean. The service is excellent, always kind, cheerful and helpful. If you have ordered too much or you cannot finish your dish(es) you can bring it home with you (no extra charge). They accept reservations. You can also sit outside when the weather is nice. I can highly suggest the vegetarian samosa, Indian cheese in a sauce of spinach, vegetarian meat balls, tandoori chicken, regular naan bread and garlic naan bread. Divine cuisine for an excellent price. Writing this review makes me hungry so I'm going to stop. Would I return to this restaurant? Yes. Would I recommend this restaurant? Yes.

Two years ago I had a very bad experience with Ganesha gave 1 start now I changed to 5, they have improved tremendously in the last 4-6 months I have been ordering regularly after my friend recommended & she pushed me to try at least once. Now my new comments is food quality & quantity great, please keep the standard always like this.

Yesssssss! Love this place!! We ordered a king prawn balti and a lamb vindaloo... both had the spice level I would expect from each dish. So delicious!!! Will definitely be ordering from Ganesha again!! 🌶

Ordered Mutton Jhal Frezie & Madras Chicken with Nan on 31-Dec-2020. The food is amazing and very tasty. The recent implemented online order system of ganeshahilversum.com is very smooth and they have also offered 20% discount during new year with direct order. We have enjoyed the delicious warm food delivered to our Home in Hilversum. My compliment to Ganesha Indian Restaurant team for the great service and serving us hot and delicious food

Ganesha is a very good restaurant. They have and had very nice staffs. Great hospitality and near-authentic taste. I like visiting Ganesha and have been there dozen of times.
Although it became expensive but worth the value. In the past, they used to give quite complimentary items e.g. Papadum, salads, rice etc, now gone are the days. In this land of "gratis" and "korting", they should reconsider giving away a few small items ;)

Still, overall I would rate it 5. Must to go, if you are looking for Indian taste.
