Jim James is the coolest joint around and Jake is The Maestro! I get complimented on my beard by somebody almost every day.

Had a great first tattoo experience at Jim James! They were very patient with us, helped us with all our questions, and were always happy to welcome us with coffee and a smile. The host and owner is very nice and professional, ready to help you at any time and give you recommendations. The tattoo artists we talked to are all very nice and experienced, and will take their time to sit down with you and make you comfortable throughout the process. Certainly a great place, and we’ll come back again!!

Great experience, again. Got a new tattoo by guest artist Tanya. She warned me that the place (rib) could be a challenge. I had no pain at all. She is careful, meticulous and quick. I really recommend Jim James as a 'go to' place.

I came to Jim James to get a tattoo and was met with amazing service, a relaxing and lovely atmosphere and of course, an incredible artist!

My Tattoo artist was Mada, he did an incredible work and I am super grateful. After the tattoo I was given instructions on how to take care of it as well as the option to buy products for the aftercare, these were a suggestion and not a pressure buy which I always appreciate.

Overall I couldn't have asked for a better first tattoo experience, artist, staff, clean and nice establishment with easy access from Hilversum´s station, a 100000 out of 10 experience!

They have other amazing artists and an impressive barbershop so I honestly recommend this place to anyone who is looking into these services!

Mada (tattoo artist) was very polite and exceptional in his craft! he made sure things went smoothly and we also had a few breaks in between. A very lovely and talented person! :)

Went there today to get my second tattoo. Had an excellent experience with Phia! He listened really well, gave me good feedback on what I wanted and very useful recommendations about size and where to exactly put the tattoo (and where not!) on my hand. I am very happy with the whole experience and the result. Will definitely go back there for my next one. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and friendly barbers - VIP treatment. Online booking system is easy to use to set your appointments. Leon was able to get my crazy hair and beard back under control - looks great! This is my third time here - will definitely be back.

Jim James is the epitome of a professional and family oriented atmosphere where people are treated not only as clients but as family. It is of no need to explain why when a person goes to get a new tattoo or a haircut there they will not go anyplace else. Once you go you will understand.

I wanted to take the time to thank Jake for his professionalism and attention. The cut was super good (TOP 10/10). Strongly advise!

Very nice experience. From the first contact -planning a date for a tattoo- until the day of the tattoo. Very friendly and helpful staff, all seems super professional and laid back. Tattoo artist Marko Kovacs was a beast, 6 hours straight. Definitely would recommend to anybody and definitely would come back again!

I’m very satisfied with the services provided by Jim James. The barbers know their job and are very professional and handle customer with care. I liked very much the atmosphere that is going on there and also the guys there speak english which is good for example for me as a foreigner. Surely i will be coming there. Great vibe, great interior, great service and people, almost like a SPA experience. Most importantly I'm very happy with the my hair cut. I'd really enjoyed the unexpected post facial treatment as a bonus, very relaxed! All in all a great experience and I will be back.

Wanted to try this barber for a while now, made my appointment and went over.

Awesome place with great people, was greated with a hot tea of my choice. The cut was fenomenal done by niki. He was super friendly definitely gonna go back!
