Slow service. Nice people. Not all employees know the rules, regulations and requirements. They would anyway look at the same website that is available for public in Internet. So you could just look for them on your own, if you are only looking for information.

Told by ABN customer service to come to the office without appointment since we are not customer, but when we get there they will not help us without appointment. Such unclear communication and bad service!

zeer slecht. totaal niet klant vriendelijk. ik moest een groot bedrag contant opnemen. gaat u maar buiten b
pinnen. totaal niet mee te praten. Ik wilde nog iets anders regelen dat niet on line kan. Gaat niet het is te druk. er zitten wel 2 klanten binnen. Ik moet maar een afspraak maken.

Kan binnen of buiten geen geld meer storten. Beveiliging aan de deur is zeer onvriendelijk en arrogant. Waardeloze bankshop!

Beide automaten binnen zijn vaak defect. Er zit er wel eentje aan de buitenkant, maar daarmee kan je uiteraard geen geld storten.
