Goede moderne winkel met vriendelijk personeel.

Wat een ontzettend slechte ervaring heb ik hier achter de rug.

Wij werden geholpen, pardon, herstel........, we werden juist niet geholpen door een wat "vollere" vrouw, Blond haar met krulletjes.

Wat was zij ongelooflijk slecht gehumeurd. Wat vreselijk als je zo iedere dag naar je werk MOET.

Ik hoop dat de eigenaar of de filiaal manager dit leest en een Mystery Shopper langs laat gaan en dat deze dame op een cursus "Klantvriendelijkheid" gestuurd wordt.

Vriendelijkheid is zo belangrijk en kost helemaal niets en is voor ons juist een groot plezier.
