Duidelijke verzekering waar alles goed geregeld is, met n leuk voordellig pakket. Nog belangerijker met n steengoeie klantenservice. Je kan whatssapp doen, facebook, bellen e.d. en ze reageren zeer snel.

Impossible to reach the customer service. You cannot send an email instead. Of course it's done on purpose as the less they help out the more money stays in their pockets. They keep increasing the insurance premium every year regardless.

I highly not recommend this company to anyone period.
I and over a hundred of my friends switching to a different insurance company.
The main problems:
not receiving mails with information ( no insurance cards, etc )
login to my CZ is only in Dutch ( the website block google translate app so it's almost impossible to pay for the bills or even get any information for not Dutch-speaking people)
waiting for customer service can last for hours on the phone.

If you looking for a health insurance company the customer service is a priority. Do yourself the favor and stay away from this company. You will not regret.

Zeer slecht bereikbaar, er is altijd een wachttijd van 30/40 minuten 😡

Oplichter! Ze willen niks vergoeden en alleen maar geld verduisteren.

Tot mijn spijt overgestapt naar deze zorgverzekeraar. Ze zijn zelfs te beroerd om je bsn op de zorgpas te zetten. Domme telefoniste dacht nog grappig te zijn toen ik er om vroeg . Volgend jaar een andere oplichter zoeken dus. Het zijn natuurlijk allemaal oplichters bedrijven.

Zeer slecht bereikbaar. Afschrijvingen van declaraties kloppen niet. Ooit was dit een goede verzekeraar.

Schrijven klakkeloos af terwijl ze aan de telefoon zeggen dat je verzekerd bent.
