Dit is een amateuristische en niet voorwaardige tandarts kliniek zonder enig ervaring en niet aangesloten bij het ONT. en heeft geen contract bij VGZ. In mijn ervaring geen aanrader.

slechte ervaring hoektand en anker frame afgebroken hoektand niet rot wat smile clinic beweerd officieele bevestiging van mijn tandarts klacht ingediend moet 4 dagen zonder prothese krijg geen bevestiging maar 2 klad blaartjes 9 maanden met een afgebroken prothese laten lopen per telefoon slecht te woord gestaan zo als kunnen je niet helpen spreek met zorggroep swinhove ook telefoon no. van burgraadt wordt in de wacht gezet en niet terug gebeld afdrukken kwijt geen aanrader op jullie website staat 1 dag zonder prothese waarom ik 4 dagen

Onacceptabel dat de behandelaar in het dossier zet mevrouw is onbeschoft ik vind het onbeschoft om mij met die puinhoop te laten lopen een klachtenfunctionaris díe geen antwoord geeft wat zij in haar eigen brief schrijft schandalig
