Mijn tandarts heeft op 1april 2018 de opdracht voor een deelprothese aan dit laboratorium gegeven en het is mij verzekerd dat de prothese klaar was vóór 15.mei 2018. Deze termijn kon niet worden aangehouden en de prothese zou pas op 17mei klaar zijn. Dan ineens toch op 15.mei. Op de laatste minuut is er weer afgebeld, het kon pas op 16.mei. Enkele uren voor mijn nieuwe afspraak heeft dit laboratorium mijn tandarts gebeld dat zij niet konden leveren en zou nu 18 mei worden. Enkele uren erna is deze afspraak opnieuw gewijzigd. De prothese kan nu pas op 22.mei geleverd worden. Het bleek dat deze protheses in het buitenland gemaakt worden en daar zou op het ogenblik een staking aan de gang zijn. Vreemd dat het laboratorium nu al weet dat de staking op 22.mei voorbij is. Voor mij komt het te laat, op 19mei start mijn buitenlandse vakantie en ik moet noodgedwongen met een oud los plaatje genoegen nemen. Ik noem dat een wanprestatie van de eerste orde.
