We first heard of this hotel restaurant through instagram. The dishes looked amazing for the price. Since it is an all you can eat place I reached out to some friends to see if they were interested.

The moment the 4 of us entered the place we were baffled by how neat, tidy, and luxurious the place looked. The decor had a very authentic feel and we knew that we were in for a treat.

The menu has close to a 100 items from which every single one is tasty. Combined we had tried around 50 dishes and we were not dissapointed. The sizes of each serving is small and you can have up to 4 rounds per hour. The drinks are not free and are mandatory. So keep that in mind once you go here. That being said, including some cocktails and soda we spend about 60 euros each. For amazing dishes, a great service, and an amazing experience in general!

Stayed 6 nights for a business trip, the stay was nothing short of spectacular. Leerdam is a beautiful town with friendly people and Posthuys is an excellent hotel with very friendly and hospitable staff. Loved the historic decor. The restaurant was the icing on the cake, thoroughly enjoyed each and every dish here. Thank you.

It’s a very nice place to be. I enjoyed my stay :). The Rooms are very clean and have everything what you need included coffee,tee and water for free. Angel the Hotel manager was really friendly and courteous. I can only recommend this Hotel.

Especially in the summer, sitting on its terrace and using its paced, all you can eat option - with nicely prepared small portions and dishes once every 15 minutes - you cannot go wrong. The drinks were a little pricy, but the atmosphere more than made up for that.

Very nice place, very classy. The restaurant itself is very pretty and well kept, the staff are friendly and helpful. The lighting inside is nice and the atmosphere too. It's very big but not extremely noisy and the seating is spacious. The quality of the food is very nice (especially for an all you can eat). There is also parking closeby.

Beautiful old building full of character and charm. The room was comfortable and spacious offering a great bed, both coffee machine and kettle. The staff were so very helpful and friendly.

Enjoyed the food in the restaurant, great menu card and fabulous chef! Nice hotel rooms in a romantic hotel. Leerdam is a beautiful city in the Utrecht neighborhood. Definitely a recommendation to visit this place to stay for leisure or book the hotel when travelling for business and enjoy after business hours.

A modern classic. Wonderfully clean and well decorated. I chose a superior room, what a treat. Huge double shower, bathtub at the foot of the (very comfortable) bed and vaulted ceilings. Few hotels match the quality offered here.

Breakfast a gentle test too with Prosecco and great coffee.

If I ever need/want to visit Leerdam then I'll be back. It's almost worth coming back just for this hotel!

Het Oude Posthuis is a very nice and peacefull restaurant, situated in a marvellous old postoffice turned in a hotel.
Also for diner after 20h 🙂. Dutch creative cooking with ingredients of tge season, good wine. Lovely and thoughtfull staff. Very good price / quality. Must be a treat to be a guest in this hotel too!

Didn't sleep at the hotel, but I've had a great dinner. The surprise menu of the chef. It was really good and not expensive. Absolutely going to do that again some time.

We had a lovely luxery dinner. We chose the surprise menu with wine arrangement. Well worth every cent.

Dinner was amazing the first time. If you order the beef, be sure to tell them how you would like it cooked or it will be very rare.

Excellent rooms in a charming little town of Leerdam. Very clean and convinient. Breakfast is also good! Recommended!

Great food

Erg lekker gegeten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en op het eten hoef je ook niet lang te wachten. (Tijdens bezoek was het wel rustig)

Vanavond zijn wij met zijn drieën hier wezen eten. Wat een leuk concept. Het was een all you can eat concept voor vaste prijs ( op de drankjes en nagerechten na) maar dan in een luxere variant. Om de 15 min. Kan je een gerecht bestellen. Deze gerechten zijn een soort van tussendoor gerechten dus groter dan een tapas gerecht maar kleiner dan een voor of hoofdgerecht. Hoewel ik sommige gerechten best groot vond. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten. Kwaliteit was goed. Service was top. De dames waren vriendelijk en snel. De sfeer was gezellig. Echt een leuke, mooie zaak. Een echte aanrader. Wij gaan hier zeker nog een keer eten. Ik heb geen enkel minpuntje over de gerechten die ik heb gegeten. Mijn tafelgenoten vonden het ook heerlijk.
