c.f. de regels moet je bij het niet nakomen van een afspraak het consult betalen. Ik ben ziek geworden met buikgriep , dus s'morgens gebeld dat ik niet kon komen ( lijkt me niet fris als ik in mijn bloodje lig en de boel laat lopen ) maar daar hebben ze geen boodschap aan. Gewoon betalen werd er direct gemeld. Ik gaf aan dat het in mijn beleving overmacht is, maar koud,star en zakelijk werd mij te kennen gegeven dat regels zijn regels. Juridisch gezien hebben ze gelijk, maar deze regelgeving en de wet kan niet zo bedoeld zijn lijkt me. Ik ben van mening dat hier niet naar de patiënt wordt gekeken maar geld is geld. Ik heb direct besloten afscheid te nemen van dit soort zakelijke zorgaanbieders! schandalig!
