Great service and skilled technician!
My laptop was suddenly dead one morning. Brought it to EenvoudPc, they found a tiny chip with shortage on the motherboard causing the problem, replaced and now working!

I bought a used Lenovo ThinkPad laptop with an extended warranty from EenvoundPc. The offer itself was good, and communication with the seller is even better. The very friendly and polite gentleman answered all my questions. I had a warranty case later on (one key came out) but it was covered by this extended warranty by Lenovo support.
I recommend the store and I'll come again when I need to buy another laptop. 10/10

Absolutely fantastic people. Excellent communication, very fair and generous. Ordered a thinkpad, was sent within an hour and arrived earlier than expected. There was a small error, which they fixed immediately and correctly. Would recommend them to everybody.

My computer was super slow. I phoned to make an appointment and the guy on the phone I think he's name was Paul sounded very friendly and said that his college could be with me in the evening time which was great news for me. They said between 19.00 and 20.00. They kept to their promise .Basel was the guy that sorted out my computer. He was super-friendly, and very very polite. It was a pleasure having him in the house. He knows everything about computers and explains things clearly when I asked some questions about it. Basel is extremely driven and loves his work and to connect with people. If I every have another problem with my computer I will definitely ring this company again without a doubt and I hope that Basel will show up again. Thank you so much!!!!! You made my day
