Deze keer was er een compleet andere ervaring met de praktijk Nijst. Gisteren, aan de telefoon en door de dokter, snel en prettig geholpen. Vandaag zelfs nog een terugkoppeling via de telefoon gekregen. Zo zie ik het graag. Neemt niet weg dat het hierna gezegde ook is gebeurd.

Ze nemen zelfs de telefoon niet meer op. Het wordt hier steeds slechter. Ergerniswekkend.
