Ik volg al meer dan 10 jaar o.a. hatha yoga bij April. Hatha yoga is lichaam en geest verterkend. Altijd volenergie na een les! Ieder jaar zijn er ook geweldige arraangementen en ik volg ook de klankschalen en meditatie sessies. De klankschalen sessies werken voor mij helend en rustgevend.

Voor mij is de yogales van April een heerlijk moment in de week waarin mijn lichaam en geest ontspannen ‘door inspanning’ en ik met de focus op mijn adem mijn balans vindt. Vast moment om energie op te doen, in een hele fijne groep. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden.

Ik volg al geruime tijd de hatha yoga lessen bij April en ben zeer tevreden. April is zeer kundig. Ze weet je helemaal in balans te brengen d.m.v. adem oefeningen, assenaars en meditatie en dat voel je! Raadt t iedereen aan. Echt heerlijk!
