Quiet and nice location. Comfortable rooms and professional and friendly staff.

I picked your hotel for an overnight stop on my way back to England. I couldn't have chosen better! The lady on reception was super friendly and helpful,all the staff at breakfast were wonderful . The quality of the location , the room and food was without fault. I can literally find nothing to love about this hotel .

A great place to stay in Venlo. I stayed in a executive room and it was large and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant has a great view of the lake. There is a pool and gym along with walking trails right next to the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The parking lots fill up quickly but overall, an excellent stay.

Great hotel, wonderful and spacious room (executive room) and many amenities. We had a 3-course meal on our day of arrival and that was absolutely amazing! Compliments to the cook. Price-quality was great too. 10/10 recommend!

The staff is just fantastic, doing everything to make your stay great. The location is amazing, 2 km from the city center in the woods at a lake. We also had a dinner in the restaurant, it was really delicious and cozy. Highly recommend!

It's a nice hotel, little outdated. The rooms are nice, badroom needs a update.
The location is perfect, you can have nice walks around the area.

Very nice hotel, away from the noise and hassle of Venlo city. It is located in a very quiet residential area, in a forest that is amazing by itself and extends up until the border with Germany. The service is very nice, the rooms spacious and very clean (room cleaning is done daily). The quiet is the best perk of this place, alongside the pool, sauna, breakfast and very nice view of the lake right in front of the hotel. Overall staff is also nice, responding promptly to guest requests and also being able to provide local tips and food and wine recommendations for dinner. The restaurant has good food and relatively accessible prices, about 15-30 euros depending on your choices. I would recommend it for business travel as well as holiday choice.

Nice get-away in lush green surrounded area great for walking cycling and more. Busy good restaurant with big portions. Wellness area small but cozy,could use a re-decoration though..Rooms neat n clean,fluffy beds and isolated from neighbours. Young team as staff.

All in all great experience and highly recommended for a nice short vacation.

Nice place indeed! Very pleased by service offered by the staff. Quite and relaxing location.. The building itself could use some improvements to match the 4 stars.

I had a very nice stay over the weekend. The executive king room was big and had a nice bathroom. I took my dog with me so they put out two bowls for him on a towel. The spa was nice but it does get crowded towards the evening. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful place to stay, with very helpful and friendly staff. A short unplanned stop, luckily they had two rooms left for myself and my colleague. They breakfast was great and the view from the restaurant was magnificent.

My company and I stay here every 3 years during the K-fair show, the hotel is great, the rooms are spacious and clean. Room service is wonderful as well.

We have had a lovely stay here and hope to return. The room we were in had the largest balcony we've ever had at a hotel! Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, one of the best breakfast buffets ever, friendly staff...

It's the 4th time I've stayed at the hotel and it's always been a pleasure too (1st 2 times with my late wife and last 2 on my own)

My wife and I took our Dogs here for a 4 day get away from the city. The staf were very friendly and very accommodating towards our dogs. Food was great, location was great, nice Forrest and surroundings and a great Spa. We will definitely be back.

Lovely room, clean, friendly staff. Good choice at breakfast and had excellent meal via room service. Loved the view of the lake from the restuarant. Didnt use the pool etc but enjoyed my stay

This is a nice hotel which has a unique location by the lake, nothing else but a hotel and swans around you. Breakfast included, some rooms have a porch and some just big. Our room had separated toilet and bathroom - sometimes you do need it when you are a couple. The stuff are really friendly and make your stay really comfortable like home.
Comparing to similar hotel we visited in Venlo (Van Der Valk), Bilderberg is much better. I been staying there for a month and it felt like home. They even brought me cookies because I liked them so much (-:
