Mr Jigs hotel Venlo

I had 2 separate stays at Mr. Jigs in the last month, and both times were flawless. The staff was exceptional, the rooms comfortable, and the location ideal. Can’t wait to go back and stay again.

Nice hotel for a short stay. Breakfast was ok but same every day which is ok if you stay a couple of days. For a longer stay a bit of variation would be nice

Loved it. It wish we were able to stay longer. Apreciated the simple, but tasty croissants and fruit as we do not do big breakfasts.
Staff was very nice as well.

Located near old Venlo, 2 museums and the train station, it is a good location. The check-in desk is the the front, which is also the lounge/bar, and the breakfast room. The rooms are modern and minimalist and cleverly designed and uniquely using the space. Absolutely perfect for a few nights stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay again! Parking garage is near by.

Clean, friendly, quiet and absolutely the best location. Walking distance to everything. We had a family room and it was perfect for our granddaughter and her toys to spend the week with us. The additional bunk beds were the perfect solution. Love “Mr Jigs” we will be back often and never stay anywhere else.❤

Excellent Location a worth giving a go to restaurant, you have traditional Venlo to museum to Juliant park and river side walk ways just few meters away. And the Venlo Station for bus and trains if you plan to pick and come back to Netherlands, Germany, and more ....
Staff are very supportive and polite and have good resto cafe ... Rooms you can choose family if you don't like less space else comfy is good with all modern amenities to keep up pocket friendly!

Where do I even start. First, everyone should know that it’s a very comfortable, modern feeling hotel that looks like a four star for the price of a 3 star. Second, the staff is quite simply - wonderful. I was on a long business trip and each staff member (whether morning, afternoon, or evening shifts) was incredibly kind, warm, and knew much about the area. They made me feel incredibly welcomed and it really lifted my spirits as I was so far from my family and feeling lonely. Third, the coffee, pastries, and the bar are all delicious. I just have downed over 20 espressos during my stay and each was consistently delicious (better than the espressos I would later have in Amsterdam and London). Venlo itself is quite charming and homie with charms of its own. But quite frankly, I want to go back to Venlo to stay in this hotel again! 5 stars

Lovely hotel! Clean, comfortable, stylish and modern room and very friendly staff. Really perfect location for getting to the train station and walking into the city center for restaurants and shopping.
In the morning you get free coffee, tea, fruit and fresh croissant but you can order and buy additional breakfast items if you like. The rooms have chromecast so you can stream Netflix or YouTube aside from the TV channels. WiFi works perfectly and is quick. Air conditioning in the rooms is easy to operate. Overall very good, definitely coming back on my next visit to Venlo!

The best hotel in town! It's been a very pleasant stay. Super helpful and outgoing staff, comfy rooms, top cleaning, perfect shower, the morning coffee and croissant is a plus... I really recommend this hotel to visit Venlo and all the towns nearby and I'll definitely come back.

Nice, new hotel. Staff is friendly. Free breakfast actually included. You get coffee, tea croissant, jam nutella and fruits.

I went here to drink coffee, after my train got cancelled - the staff is very nice and it’s a very friendly atmosphere.

Family rooms were so enough, I cant remember the staff name but I guess Roberta she was so helpful, they took care of my delivery packages, hotel was clean, just they must put the toilettaries in advance, we shouldnt need to ask for them, little breakfast was very enough with delicious croissant , if I travel Venlo again for sure I will stay here again

Great service, comfortable and clean rooms, reasonable prices and very friendly staff. Restaurants and bars are just a stone's throw away.

We had a pleasant stay at Mr Jigs with friendly staff, a cozy, very modern and clean room with a great coffee in the morning.

Very nice welcome. I had an issue with the train and they accepted to change the booking. Good cappucino :)
