Al 23 jaar klant( vroeger naar alle tevredenheid). Onze thermostaat was stuk, er werd geadviseerd een nieuwe ketel aan te schaffen, eindstand hebben wij een nieuwe ketel ( die constant leeg loopt, wordt oververhit terwijl wij hier kleine kinderen hebben lopen) en nog steeds een stukke thermostaat. Wij proberen al vanaf januari in contact te komen voor een oplossen maar worden telkens genegeerd, niet terug gebeld of fatsoenlijk te woord gestaan.

6 weken moeten wachten en aan het lijntje gehouden voor een dringende offerte om uiteindelijk te moeten horen dat ze het te druk hebben. Meermalen beloofd om terug te bellen maar nooit gedaan. Al met al een WAARDELOZE service!! Afrader.
