I trained in this gym for 2 months during my work trip to Antwerp. great old school gym, clean and professional. Friendly team - two guy owners and kickboxing-coach create a great atmosphere in the gym. All people in gym are nice and respectful regardless of age and level. very cool! thank you, guys! Respect from Germany!

Sinds begin 2023 ben ik beginnen trainen in deze sportschool en ik kan alleen maar zeer positief zijn! Je wordt erg goed en altijd vriendelijk begeleid waardoor je met veel goesting komt sporten! Ook word je goed opgevolgd en krijg je veel tips qua voeding, trainingen, spieren,...Echt een aanrader!

Kleinschalige, maar daarom super gezellige en persoonlijk fitness. Op maat gemaakte fitness schema's en voedingsbegeleiding.
Groepslessen voor volwassenen, maar ook voor kinderen...
