Laptop with Linux

Great experience with a custom designed Linux laptop, as they had finished customizing and ready to ship within about a day.

They were even kind enough to help with the UPS import duties.

My order was placed on a Thursday night in the US and I received it the following Monday morning which is almost unheard of. I had a few questions and Peter from Laptop with Linux responded promptly.

Fast forward 13 months I did encounter some noise with the laptop fan and i emailed Peter and received a quick response. He quickly diagnosed the issue and asked if I was comfortable making the repair or since it was under warranty I could send it in. I explained I was more than comfortable making the repair and sure enough the part was here just as fast as the shipping of the laptop originally. I swapped out the part and was back in business. The part was covered under there generous 2 year warranty to boot.

Ordered a customised laptop on a Tuesday morning. Dispatched the same day. Arrived Friday morning of the same week - well packaged. Order delivered to UK, they dealt with all import paperwork.

Brilliant customer orientated company. I had few requirements while looking for a new linux machine. I have contacted customer services. I have promptly received a response from Peter with suggestions and PC models that would suit my requirements. When I made my decision I have ordered my laptop. I have received another email from Peter suggesting that I have ordered a laptop with wrong keyboard. This shows that company staff have some common sense and wants to make sure that customer is happy. I have received my laptop in few working days. (I live in England). No problems with VAT or customs.

The ability to build a machine from a whole host of options including processor, RAM and disk is amazing.
Customer service is outstanding; I ordered a laptop online but selected the wrong storage option; an email later and a refund was back in my bank within a couple of days. Delivery was prompt as well.

Good service! Friendly owner. Ordered a laptop which arrived on time, there was a minor issue with this but we didn't want to send it back and loose it for a few days because our new employee couldn't work otherwise.

I bought a laptop from a different seller (regrettably). The original seller failed to support linux as the installed OS, so I reached out to this company for support. I fully expected to get a response of “no, we didn’t sell it, we won’t support it.” Instead, I got a quick response, and the support I needed, even after telling them that I’d bought the computer elsewhere. This company truly goes above and beyond, and they are a wonderful asset to the community. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

I had a fantastic, and very personalised purchase experience dealing with "Laptop with Linux". I initially contacted them on the off chance that they might have an AMD Ryzen unit.

Turns out that while they didn't at the time, they where in the process of sourcing one to add to the catalogue.

Once the Tongfang PF5NU1G was available they notified me immediately and I was the first to pre order.

Now that the unit has arrived, I couldn't be happier with it! I have long been a fan and user of Linux. But past machines just never had full hardware support. So there was always something that didn't work, or was flaky. Not the Tongfang running Ubuntu. It's a slick chassis that runs fast and flawlessly. I had a full 8 hours battery life!!

I've bought two laptops with them in the past years and they offer stellar customer support and personalization like you won't find with other vendor.

Alle Android tablets en smartphones hebben met Android Linux. Alle Autos en smarthome computers zijn met Linux ingericht. Zelfs Microsoft heeft Linux op zijn servers omdat het eigen Serversysteem niet de massa aan data aan kan. Microsoft spioneert alle gebruikers uit zodra je het toetsenbord gebruikt. Linux is eerlijk omdat het door een eerlijke man in Finland ontwikkelt is en hij het mogelijk wilde maken dat iedereen zich een computer kan permitteren.
