The 3-course meal deal was excellent. Small, well presented, complex and tasty dishes. An amuse-bouche was included.

The place to be if you want to experience the best food and atmosphere Holland can offer. Go to Harlingen! One hour drive from Amsterdam, visit the old harbour and city center and then crash in this wonderful former court building. Marco is a Dutch master chef, do I need to say more?

Why does this restaurant has nog star yet? The cook Ruben van Zanten is very talented and passionated. We had the pleasure to meet him at a personal dinner party and we were stunned. Keep it up Ruben 👌

Wonderful place, the price is a bit higher than average, but you get such good service and such good and tasty food. The place was completely full, for covid reasons, but the staff was really really good. The food is rated a Michelin star so the food is tasty and you don't pay so much more :)

We called a week in advance to tell that we eat plant based/vegan and it resulted in hands down the most wonderful culinary experience we have ever had on our plant based journey.

We had a surprise menu and every dish was very well thought out. Mine had a lot of duck and goose meat where my wife had the vegetarian option.

The location is really nice with good views on the harbor. If you are in Harlingen it is worth having diner here.

What a great experience we had here! The food is superb. High-quality ingredients, creative dishes, and lots of flavours. The staff is very kind and helpful. They have good wines and nice local beers. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Wow. Fabulous. An excellent fine dining experience from amuse to dessert. Thoughtful, knowledgeable presentation and flavors, 90% perfect wine pairings (I'm just not a huge fan of a heavy chardonnay). Not one, but two seashells involved in the meal, and the servers were friendly and attentive all the way through our 3.5 hour gastronomic journey. Hat's off, Havenmantsje! Thank you for a memorable 5th wedding anniversary dinner.

Great food and hospitality!
Our daughter took us (group of 4) here on a Groupon coupon during our sailing trip - for a 5 course tasting dinner. Very friendly reception, great quality food (some nice surprises - especially the herring with beet - some more classical dishes). Two of us followed the wine recommendations (in small "Bob" portions since we had to get up very early next morning) which included a great Chardonnay and Vino Tinto.
We'll be back (also without Groupon :-) ).

I come here every time I'm in Harlingen, probably one the best pancakes you can get in the Netherlands. From the pavilion you have a great view onto part of the small harbor. The service is always really friendly and they unterstand as well english as german too. Would recommend it any day.

Hallo, we were here last Woensdag 4 Juli with our son Nabee Oving. we had a wonderful time !! Amazing food, great personeel and koks and service. it was a lovely evening, thanks a lot everyone !!
