If it was possible I would give them 6 stars. First of all - fantastic, and very but very polite service. Always willing to help, always, doesn't matter how stubborn I was, this same way politely and patiently supporting. From promises they do to the customer (me) they not only fulfill, but they fulfill this way I was more then happy. I have order a gear on which I need to wait - they suggest 10-12 weeks. When scheduled time was almost finished they suggest to deliver to me something different - but from my perspective much better with no extra costs. They simply tried (and did) their customer happy. I would definitely recommend their web shop - and for 100% I will go back to them in next order. Brilliant !

Ordered a CPU but ended up finding one locally and no longer needed the product I had ordered from them.

The site was very explenatory and my experience was very satisfying. The live chat was super usefull and the note about the delay for any GPU order was very noticable. I recomend to chat first and ask for what gpu is available so as not to wait(if you are in a hurry). The personal was super helpfull. I would defenetly order again. It's true sometimes these guys (Xstradigital) do not deliver the parcel on time . But I'm sure that they will reply back for your mails instantly with proper details which is really great. I was afraid too after I ordered my AMD ryzen 9 3900X processor (because of the google reviews). But almost everyday I asked them the update about the parcel. All the time they give me proper reply and today I received my AMD processor. Satisfied !!

After sending money for a processor Ryzen 9. I wrote to support that I need this processor for the project. I paid 11 € for a normal shipment from the Netherlands to Poland, but when they heard that I needed a processor to work, they sent the processor on Thursday afternoon at their own expense (over 50 €) the fastest possible international DHL Next Day service and the processor left the Netherlands, via Belgium, Germany and Friday morning was at my house! (only about 18 hours of travel through 4 countries). Thank you very much!!!

I found it though pricerunner.dk, I ordered it Tuesday and got the packet to my door Thursday at around 13 super fast. The packet was a perfect size for an HDD with good packaging materials so glad to see. One comment on were to improve the listing on CDON did not specify the exact model number, so i just hope that pricerunner listing was correct, and it was, but I hope it can be more clear on the CDON listing. :)

Received my NAS Terramaster F 2-210 i ordered over cdon.com with order number 355233 within 4 days, much faster than i thought and it it made my day. Installation and everything is easy and i had my server up and running in no time. That is after i tried long time to get it to work with a different (and very old) brand. Terramaster had everything i needed without problems or anything, it is amazing!

Great products! I've bought a M.2 NVME storage and it's working perfectly as expected! Loading times on games have improved a TON, and speaking of writing on the storage, it finally doesn't cap with my internet, it's waaay faster. I'm happy to have bought it!
