I called in the morning for a problem i had and they booked an appoinment for me the same day.

The doctor helped with the issue and explained to me the cause and how to prevent it in the future.

The dentist was very professional and proficient,thank you,great service I recieved.

Net nieuw in de praktijk, ben vriendelijk ontvangen. Tandarts en mondhygiëniste zijn goed in hun werk. Nette praktijk en ook snel plek voor afspraak!

Hele mooie nieuwe praktijk met een tandarts die echt de tijd neemt. Receptioniste is ook erg vriendelijk. Midden in de stad!

Tandenbleekbehandeling gehad, heel mooi natuurlijk wit geworden en vriendelijke service.

Ik beveel parodontologie ten zeerste aan.

Super opieka

Geen fijne ervaring met de baliemedewerkers. Na een mededeling aan mijn kant liet ze me niet meer praten en uitleggen, maar begon met verheffende stem aan een verhaal. Daarna maar overgestapt naar een andere tandarts.

Geen vriendelijke mensen, wordt niet eens hallo gezegd als je de behandelkamer binnenkomt en tijdens de behandeling wordt er niet gesproken en als er wordt gesproken in gebrekkig Nederlands. Ene keer is de mondhygienist in een andere kamer 30 min bezig, andere keer is een ander binnen 5 min klaar in de behandelruimte van de tandarts. Voelt echt niet goed.

Horrible experience with a deep burn in my gum

Last year, I had several appointments in this clinic to "fix" two teeth, and I didn't go to the last review appointment even though I had that deep burn in my gum (the gum is because of the dentist carelessness, maybe the dentist didn't use enough water while drilling the tooth, dunno). It was had to be reported directly.

The burn lasted for about a month till I was able to eat properly. I didn't even tell the clinic about it and later I changed the clinic to a Mondzorg clinic in Den Bosch, which was very good, not even comparable.

Well I didn't tell the clinic about my gum burn because of something worse than the burn itself which is the poor way of communication of the dentist through all the appointments, which reached a level that the dentist refused to tell me what they will do to my tooth because there's no time for that. I literally had way better communication when asking a supermarket employee about the types of bread!!

About money, you always can feel something wrong is happening.

And not to forget, they gave me two appointments that are exactly at the time of the clinic staff break, so I had to wait more time for unnecessary reasons!!

Dentists are doing job well. However very poor customer service. Contacted someone from their website, they said they will talk to dentist, it was 2 weeks ago. Since then no news to me or anything. I am afraid I will get a letter one day saying to pay the amount + interest. Only because of your poor customer service. (By the way the phone number on your website is not working!!!)
