Parkhotel de Wiemsel

Had a wonderful stay overnight in this beautiful hotel. Loved the swimming pools and the room. So relaxing. The staff were lovely. Thanks to Hendrik and Jasper at the bar who served excellent G&T and wine. Will definitely be back.

We just concluded (July 2021) a week-long stay at Parkhotel de Wiemsel. Everything was of very high quality. The hotel is very clean and well looked after. The beds are very comfortable (although the pillows could have been a little firmer) the pools and the spa are heavenly. The atmosphere is relaxed and dignified. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of very fresh options and was high quality. Dinner in the restaurant is also a pleasure. Oostmarsum is a lovely little town and the center of town is walkable from the hotel especially on a pleasant day. On Sunday you could see that the hotel had less staff scheduled so service on Sunday was quite slow, but still more than adequate. We really LOVED the hotel and will gladly book it again in the future.

One of the best places you can stay in Europe if you are looking forward to relax with some luxury in the nature. You can have almost Michelen star quality food where the atmosphere doesn't have the Michelen star tightness. Staff is very friendly and helpfull.

A beautiful find in the little town of Ootmarsum a town with so much character and galleries. The best hotel stay we had in the Netherlands. ParkHotel. The hotel restaurant is also highly recommended. Try the pigeon or the quail. Each was exquisite. Fantastic wine list too.

Between gentle fields and hills: A highly atmospheric, dignified, mannered and beautiful place, with an outstanding cuisine. Utterly recommendable for everyone looking for relaxation in the countryside, apart from the urban pace.

Prachtig en rustig hotel.
Mooie en goed ingerichte kamers.
Heel rustgevend en uitstekende plek om uit te rusten en te relaxen.
Heel goed restaurant, mooie menu en wijnkaart.

Fantastisch weekend gehad. Helaas thuis nog vd trap gevallen, dus behoorlijk geblesseerd, maar goed geholpen. Gelijk werd rolstoel aangeboden en werd onze kamer geüpdatet tot de luxe owner's suite. Echt heel lief!

Geweldig hotel, wellness, en galerie op afspraak voor jezelf met heerlijke amuse en champagne.

Heerlijk rustig hotel.. Faciliteiten zijn goed. Goede en vriendelijke service. Goed restaurant..

Was weer fantastisch, ook drie keer het 3 gangen menu was prima. Bediening uitstekend. Voor de F1 kijkers: er is een lineair Viaplay kanaal op de tv, handig want je kan je chromecast moeilijk aansluiten, tv strak tegen de muur. Buiten zwembad minder verwarmd dan vorig jaar, energiekosten?

Unsere Besuche fanden vor Corona in 2018 und 2019 statt. Die Eindrücke waren einmalig schön. Die gesamte Anlage ist unbeschreiblich mit großzügig eingefügtem Hotel und Restaurant. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Anfang März 2024 waren wir nach mehreren Aufenthalten 2023 wieder für ein paar Tage dort. Es war wie gewohnt sehr schön - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Haben nur einen kurzen Blick ins Hotel gemacht. War aber alles gepflegt, super.

Mooie kamers en een hele fijne open ruime tuin rond de kamers en een fijn park met mooie beelden en een privé toegankelijke galerie. Bijzonder en prettig. Een wat rumoerig feestje bracht op de nacht van zaterdag op zondag wat lawaai in deze rustige omgeving. Een zeldzaamheid volgens het personeel, dus pech... Het eten was heerlijk en ontbijt volledig.
