Restaurant Allemansgeest

This restaurant is directly located on the “Vliet” which is a small river that a lot of people use during summertime. When the weather is good you can eat outside with nice views. But we visited mid winter so we had a table inside. The building has a lot of character; you can see it’s age but it also has a nice modern feel. Tables are well situated in the room. Offering cozy places to enjoy your dinner party, but still hearing a light buzz from other tables. We had the 4-course chefs menu with wine pairing; it was perfect! We started with some bubbles, nice! Everything from the menu was very tasteful, in season and just a delight for the eyes and pallet. Wine pairing was very nice, even got a slight refill on our favorite red wine that came with the duck course (a GSM). Staff was very attentive, knowledgeable and kind. We enjoyed it a lot and finished with coffee and homemade chocolates. At approximately € 120 per person it really was money well spend! We would definitely come back here soon! This is a very nice restaurant outside of Leiden. You need a car (or boat) to get here. You could take the bus too. Most people going here would have a car.

I was impressed with the friendly service. It was winter time so the outside wasn't open. Food was super delicious. It's pricey indeed, especially if you get wine and (water). We got four of the set menu items and the final price was significanly over the set price menu, the wine, bottled water and coffee certainly added up!

Such a great restaurant, excellent food, accompanied by fantastic wine served by professional friendly people. My favourite in Voorschoten.

Geweldige locatie. Het eten was in een woord geweldig!! Bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel!! Dit gaat zeker herhaald worden. Mijn complimenten aan de Chef. Wat hij op het bord tovert ga je niet snel vergeten. Chapeau

We waren hier voor het afscheid van mijn moeder. Dit restaurant was haar favoriet. En terecht. Super goed eten, lieve bediening en prachtige omgeving. Het afscheid kon niet beter zijn. Helemaal zoals ze dat graag wilde.

Niks aan toe te voegen nog steeds super eten ambiance bediening en heerlijke wijnen.

Op deze prachtige locatie is het heel goed te vertoeven.
De gerechten zijn zeer smaakvol en tot on de puntjes verzorgd!
De bediening verdient een groot compliment voor de aandacht en uitstekende bediening!

Superidyllische Lage, toller Ausblick, gemütlicher Wintergarten, superleckeres Essen, gute Weine. Es war mir als langjähriger Gastrogänger und Fan ein wahrer Genuß. Klare Empfehlung, wenn es etwas nichtvegetarisches sein soll.

Prachtige gelegen restaurant met een erg goede keuken en vriendelijk personeel. Niet goedkoop maar het zeker waard. Al met al een aanrader!

Geniale plek aan het water, heerlijke lunch in het zonnetje, voetjes in het gras, vriendelijke bediening. Wat wil een mens nog meer? Bij het lekkere eten ook mooie wijnen. De sommelier heeft een leuke ontdekking gedaan: Macedonische wijn. De chardonnay paste perfect bij de gebakken griet. Toetje was ook niet te versmaden. Gelukkig waren we op de fiets 😁
