I think most newest branch, service centre in NL, except Tilburg one. Good communication with staff. Special thanks to all technicians who took care of my concern in Den Haag centre.

Just as practical as a Tesla, great help.

Service is getting less and less personal what a shame. Bought all my Teslas via this location (s and x and a new x). One of my keyfobs does not work so I thought let's stop by Tesla The Hague.

Guys asked me to request for service in the app because they are too busy.!!!! WTH!!!!

This is how you treat your long time store customers.

I heard one of the other service guys insinuating a customer to post high score ratings!!! You need to deserve those Tesla... !!

So my personal connection with Tesla The Hague has died today. What a shame!!!

Amazing service, got helped perfectly fine with my test drive. Car drives amazing and good instructions from the employee there!

The new service location in Ypenburg is very nice: lots of parking, comfortable lounge with great choice of coffee (even stroopwafels) and a nice customer 'office space' for if you need to wait and want to work.
They were nice enough to squeeze me in when my frunk failed to open.

Came in today for a little service and wiring harness recall. Still incredible old world friendly service on this new world vehicle !

My wife and I visited the Tesla showroom in Den Haag on the 13th of October, 2022. We were greeted by Tesla representative "Mesut Oztemiz". Mesut spent the time to explain the differences between Model 3 and Model Y. We were simply planning to check out the specification of the cars. Mesut gave us a lot of technical details of the cars and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We never felt under the pressure of buying the car. We asked a lot of questions and Mesut was very patient with us. After spending an hour with Mesut and we decided to place an order for a Model Y. Mesut also arranged a test drive for us in the same afternoon. My wife and I both really appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Mesut. Thank you so much for your time and expertise.

Ik ben bij Tesla Den Haag zeer goed geholpen. Het kan er druk zijn, maar dat is zeer begrijpelijk, maar je kan ze altijd mailen en ze reageren netjes terug. Je wordt misschien wel doorverbonden met het hoofdkantoor als het telefonisch druk is, maar je kan dan vragen of de desbetreffende vestiging je dan kan terugbellen.

Ik ben mede door mijn prettige ( eerste ) gesprek met Lianne van Tesla Den Haag ( Senior Operations Coordinator ) overgegaan tot de aankoop van een Certified occasion ( Tesla Model S uit 2018 ) via de website waarbij stond "klaar voor levering in Den Haag".

Het gaat meer om de tijd / aandacht die iemand aan je besteedt om je vragen te beantwoorden m.b.t de auto / website / bestelling ( vooral als het de eerste elektrische auto is die je koopt ), en niet dat je het gevoel krijgt dat omdat je een Certified occasion koopt en niet een nieuwe je minder "aandacht" krijgt; dat was dus hier totaal niet het geval.

Niet alleen omdat het een prettig gesprek was heb ik de aankoop gedaan, maar Lianne heeft ook veel technische kennis omtrent het product Tesla die ze meteen met je deelt. Ze weet dus waar ze het over heeft, en is zelf ook heel perfectionistisch, en dat zie je dan ook in de auto terug als je hem komt ophalen. Mijn auto stond er als nieuw bij ( zowel binnen als buiten ). Hij was niet van nieuw te onderscheiden! Zie Foto's!

Ik zou iedereen het aanraden om hier een auto te laten leveren / bestellen of een proefrit te maken.
