Professional school of the martial arts, passing on teachings from a Chinese family. Lessons available for all ages and all levels of practice.
The people are amazing, both students and teachers. I was able to follow lessons here and am very happy to have had the chance! If you're looking to get / improve your martial skills, take up moving meditation or just get out and move, this is the place to do all 💚

Goede wijn behoeft geen krans. Zo ook de Wudang School. In september 2002 heb ik Lo en Mo leren kennen en ben ik thuis gekomen. Martial Arts, Wushu, Tai Chi, QiGong of the famous Walk & Talk met Lo. Alle disciplines sluiten op elkaar aan en zijn allen even uniek.

Goede lessen, heerlijke evenementen (flow training), prachtige reizen (Aosta). Veel geleerd over bewustzijn... en bewust zijn. De persoonlijke coaching met Lo is een erg waardevolle aanvulling. Altijd een nuchtere kijk op zaken die me bezig houden. Lo stelt altijd de juiste vragen, waardoor antwoorden makkelijk worden. Het zet me altijd weer met beide voeten op de grond.

Fijne sportschool waar wordt les gegeven op een ongedwongen manier voor jong en oud waardoor je de beste versie van jezelf wordt. Lo en Mo weten waar ze het over hebben. Respect. Ik raad deze school zeker aan!
