incredible service meet and greet

Reibungsloser Ablauf, Autos immer top gepflegt, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, wie Holländer eben sind.

Niet specifiek voor deze vestiging: laat de klant weten dat je keurig staat te wachten bij de uitgang inplaats van in de bevestiging een route naar de vestiging op te nemen. Want de medewerker van Sixt stond keurig bij de uitgang na de bagageband en de auto stond keurig voor de uitgang van het vliegveld op ons te wachten. Prima service dus, want wij waren in gedachten al op zoek naar de taxistandplaats.

Wel jammer was dat de auto van binnen en buiten niet schoon was. Door de aan de binnenkant zeer vieze voorruit was het vaak lastig kijken tegen de laagstaande zon in. Zoals ook bij inlevering op Schiphol werd aangegeven na deze klacht/opmering: de auto's horen van binnen en van buiten helemaal schoon te zijn bij het afleveren aan de klant. Jammer dat dit in ons geval niet zo was.

Eerlijk gezegd had ik overall graag een betere eerste kennismaking gehad met Sixt.

Worst service ever! I had to extend the rental and I was told that for more then 3 days ( i needed to extend for 4 days!); I need to go to the closest office that is nearly an Hour Away because the closer Sixt office in Groningen is temporarily CLOSED!
I went on the road driving for TWO HOURS just to find out that office at Geoningen airport is also CLOSED!
Called the central reservation and Found That RATE TO EXTEND THE RENTAL IS TRIPLED!!
What kind of business is that. First of all how Central Reservation does not know what office is closed or open?
Agent (i know the name) said she is getting “automatic” INCREASED PRICE for the extension.
When I asked why cannot be the same rate she responded to send an EMAIL, she cannot help! When asked for Supervisor - she said THERE IS NO SUPERVISOR!!
Unbelievable and terrible Service!!
