Sportschool waar je goede begeleiding van Hugo krijgt bij lichamelijke klachten en toch wilt sporten. (Burn out). Hugo heeft mij geleerd om te trainen waarin je grenzen mag stellen. (Tegelspreuken is hij erg goed)

Train hier gemiddeld twee keer per week. Geen fratsen en gedoe. Gewoon lekker basic trainen.
