Hello, we purchased cranes from Varhaegh Trading B.V.. Once they received a full payment they asked me an additional payment which is out of our contract I used to call them unfortunately they were not responding to me, I texted to them and told them our lawyers will interfere this issue if they don't ship our cranes, after a long discussion and headache finally the cranes had been shipped.

I paid for a used iveco 380 manual pump from Verhaegh Trading B.v. I paid shipping including parts cost for over a month now I haven’t received my parts. For some reason after I wanted so long his shipping agent @greenforwarding contacted me telling me about form m which he never disclosed to me prior to purchase now they saying I have to pay out of pocket before I can get my parts. Verhaegh Trading B.v Promised to reimburse 200euros on 28/11/18 but never fulfilled his word today Sunday come to find out he blocked me on WhatsApp. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are very unprofessional and don’t care about customer satisfaction. I repeat run away from this company they are nothing but fraud. I should have known when I paid before they issue me an invoice. Never again
