Perfect geholpen op het filiaal door mevrouw Cornelissen. Dit nadat de telefonische klantenservice in Amsterdam het al twee dagen te druk heeft voor haar klanten.

Update:
Een week geleden contact gehad met de klantenservice. Ze zouden de openingstijden aanpassen op de website. Tot op heden niet gebeurd.

Online staat aangegeven dat het filiaal om 09.00 opent. Bij aankomst van het filiaal staat er 10.00.

Lijkt mij niet al te handig.

Mevrouw achter de balie snapte 'geen bal van mijn verhaal'... Tig keer zelfde probleem hier gehad. Verwijzen je constant door naar de site en het 0900 nummer en weten helemaal geen raad op je vraag. Ik raad abn amro landstraat absoluut niet aan!

Geen idee wat er aan de hand was maar geholpen worden in het filiaal zelf dmv een video verbinding is wat ons aan gaat not done!
