Een verademing ten opzichte van andere apotheken. Oprechte aandacht, goede service, vriendelijk personeel en nét dat stapje extra zetten. Ondanks drukte nooit erg lange wachttijden en handige automaat.

Slechte service. Ze gaf aan dat het recept door de huisarts niet was verstuurd terwijl dit wel het geval was, wat ik ook aangaf, want recept was er niet. Het was haar teveel moeite om zelf contact op te nemen met de huisarts. Het antwoord ” we kunnen niet voor iedereen gaan bellen ”
Ik heb dus zelf met de huisarts via mijn mobiel contact op moeten nemen. Op het gebied van klachtgerichtheid is er dus nog veel winst te behalen!
