Restaurant De Rozario

One of the best dining experiences of my life.

A shot of chilled vodka to cleanse the pallet followed by a blind-folded chocolate tasting.

We ordered the chef's recommended menu with wine pairings. EVERY course was immaculately presented and packed with bold flavors. All vegetables were fresh from the on-site garden.

Wait staff was top shelf. Courses were served timely and our waters never dropped below half glass.

The restroom was wildly painted and had a gold gnome.

This was a great experience with some minor flaws. We love the combination of great food and a laid-back, informal atmosphere. Upon entering the restaurant you are greeted with a small drink before you are guided to your table. We decided to go for the vegetarian menu, which turned out to be an excellent choice and shows how much variation is possible by just using vegetables. The personal story from the chef is a nice little touch.

Overall the service was very friendly, with some minor issues. They completely forgot one of the drinks we ordered and it took a long time between some dishes to be served. I'd also recommend to bring the presentation of the restrooms to the same high level as the food served (e.g. fill or cover little holes in the wall).

We'll definitely come back another time as this combination of great food and atmosphere is hard to beat.

Such an experience! The food is amazing, tasty, beautiful and daring. There is nothing simple about the dishes. It's a mix of passion, science, taking risks...and playful at the same time. I don't put any photo cos.. You just have to try it!!!

This was an amazing restaurant and food experience. We enjoyed every service. One can see a lot of thought went into the dishes. The atmosphere was also great with a relax mood being set. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Every course came with tiny details it looked like peace of art. The taste was even better all ingredients goes amazing together and it just explodes in your mouth (pure enjoyment). One of the greatest Michelins I’ve been, they always keep you wanting more with their food and details.

It can be a challenge to embrace your own identity and show the world who you truly are. If you need a few lessons in how to do so, spend an evening with Jermain and Edgaras and you will be enlightened! De Rozario is different; the recognize they are, they evangelize it, and they live up to it!

Don't expect orchestrated friendliness and service, instead.. expect people being sincere, people being human!

The best way to understand this is to experience it. And if you are a more traditional fine dining kinda person, this restaurant is a must for you to get a different perspective on gastronomy.

Great new restaurant with young and enthusiastic staff. We sat at the chefs table with a view on the kitchen. The chef and staff were very nice and explained the story about the many dishes we were served (we choose the 10 course menu).
