Met de kerst en verleden week gerookte Paling bij de Vomar gekocht. Heerlijk. Goede maat niet te dun of te dik en lekker vet. Ook een gunstige prijs.

Rondleiding gehad in dit mooie bedrijf waar vakmanschap de boven toon voert. Prachtig om te zien hoe met liefde de vis wordt verwerkt; gefileerd, gerookt en verpakt. Wij hebben vanaf heden een totaal ander kijk op vis, verpakt in de supermarkt. Aanrader !
