Elfring Amps and More

It is aptly named... truly a "little Gem"!
I have ordered the little Gem and all I can say is: Phenomenal little tweed amp! Sound is extremely warm; crunchy at higher volumes, a beautiful tonal spectrum that will please blues guitarists alike. The additional reverb is the cherry on the top of the cake! I am very pleased with my purchase. Pro company and top customer service. Highly recommended.

I stepped in to their shop close to Alkmaar which is also their manufacturing place where they assembly all the amps, cabinets, looks really classy. While I was finding my way up to the showroom I overheard a loud healthy swearing form the owner while he was working - I thought instantly that he is critical about his work :) Then I had the chance to crank up their freedom amp. I came specifically for that, I owe currently two full tube marshall amps an Origin and a JCM 2000 and I was looking for an amp with the characteristic of the 6L6 tubes. I started on clean and slowly putting on gain whilst my smile was getting bigger and bigger. I tried a good couple amps in my life and can tell that never heard such an articulate open compressed tone as it was coming out of this one. It just sounds very organic nothing is forced a singing pleasant lead tone in every nuance. I instantly ordered one with a customized cabinet - cant wait to jam on it again.

Amp heaven

Was uitgenodigd om te kijken..en te luisteren naar gitaar en amps...vond het interessant en leerzaam.

Floris is een echte specialist en weet waar hij het over heeft. Mijn versterkers zijn bij hem in onderhoud en tevens heeft hij een cabinet speciaal op mijn wensen gebouwd (qua uiterlijk en sound) en dit was precies wat ik zocht.

Floris is een vakman! Twee versterkers naar hem gebracht en beide vakkundig gerepareerd. Mijn buizenamp direct bij hem achtergelaten voor een modificatie.

Mijn versterker een opknapbeurt laten geven. Die klinkt weer als nieuw! Top!
