In 1999 in zee gegaan met Ko Stols van Optima Hypotheken vanwege zijn joviaal voorkomen. Ko Stols heeft ons een meegroeihypotheek in onze maag gesplitst. Onze bedoeling was om voor zekerheid te gaan hetgeen we Ko Stols heel duidelijk en uitgebreid kenbaar hebben gemaakt. Wij wilde vooral geen beleggingshypotheek. De laatste tijd, sinds 2006, is er veel te doen over de beleggingshypotheek in negatieve zin. Wij zijn er ingeluisd door Ko Stols. Deze hypotheekvorm wordt ook wel woekerpolis genoemd. Omdat wij er vaak aan herinnerd worden vanwege een nieuwe rentevast periode hebben wij diverse malen geprobeerd om contact te krijgen met Ko Stols van Optima Hypotheken echter meneer is niet thuis voor ons.
Onze vraag is: waarom heeft Ko Stols ons deze nachtmerrie aangedaan?
Wij zijn ons bewust dat wij degene zijn die ervoor getekend hebben.
Wij zijn er in gestonken bij het aangaan van deze zeer belangrijke beslissing.
