wat een leuke winkel, veel aparte maar wel mooie stijlproducten te koop. geen massa is kassa winkel!

Eerlijk, goed advies en erg vriendelijk, fijn dat er nog zulke winkels zijn

Helaas niks positiefs te melden over de manier van omgang met klachten en klanten, de verf die geleverd was" a 160 euro voor 5 liter" viel gigantisch tegen in kwaliteit en de kleurpasta van de verf was niet egaal.
Na dit gemeld te hebben bij de eigenaresse gaf zij niet thuis, na meerdere keren naar haar vraag te hebben voldaan en ook
videos en foto's van het probleem te hebben gemaakt neemt zij alsnog niet haar verantwoordelijkheid, zelfs naar het kattige toe.
Jammer ik ben zeer teleurgesteld in dit bedrijf.
