Absoluut geweldig

Ik lees de vorige commentaren met verbijstering, wij zijn nu meermalen te gast geweest en hebben alleen maar lof.
Ontzettend goed verzorgd, mooie ambiance en terras, verassend dat het onder 1 dak is en echt vriendelijk personeel
Wij gaan zeker terug zodra we de kans krijgen een dikke aanrader

Een vrolijk boeket van 25 euro besteld, erg teleurgesteld over het resultaat. De reactie van medewerker was bot en niet klantvriendelijk. Nooit meer.
Naar aanleiding van deze review hebben ze een nieuw boeket gemaakt en hebben ze de klacht netjes opgelost.

En onverschillig en onbeschoft reageren als een collega bloembinder je wijst op je wellicht wat minder vrolijke boeket. Stukje zelfreflectie zou goed zijn

Ongelofelijke arrogante benadering van de klant.....boeketten vanaf 25 euro en niet voor minder...hoe haal ik het ook in m'n hoofd daarom te vragen...daarna naar "achter" lopen en de klant belachelijk maken....uiterlijk vertoon...meer niet....100 meter verderop aan de overkant 25 boeketten a 20 euro per stuk gekocht.....daar wordt de klant wel gewaardeerd

Jammer heel jammer. Om een boeketje bloemen af tegeven aan overkant van de weg, moet je voor 25.00 euro bestellen. Weet dat bloemen duur zijn. Maar Klantvriendelijkheid goud waard is.

Town in the Netherlands

Elst is a town in the municipality of Overbetuwe in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is situated in the Betuwe, between the cities of Arnhem and Nijmegen. In January 2022 the town had 22,509 inhabitants. Elst is known for its Roman temples, which are situated under St Martin's church.
