I had to buy a specific lamp and found it quickly through the user-friendly menu. The delivery costs are transparent and the lamps are offered for a good price. I would definitely recommend it.

Ich habe spezielle Birnen geordert und es geschafft die falschen zu bestellen. Ich habe schnelle Hilfe bekommen und die richtigen schlussendlich bekommen. Das war 1.A. wie unkompliziert und schnell die Firma reagiert hat.

Super Service, eine relativ lange Lieferzeit aber dass nur weil Birnen versehentlich zerbrachen und ersetzt werden mussten. Danke woanders hätte ich die Lampen wahrscheinlich nicht bekommen.

Mooie vernieuwde site. Alphons en bob zijn erg behulpzaam. Producten hoge kwaliteit tegen scherpe prijs. Zeker aan te raden!!!!

Ich bezahle doch nicht CHF. 31.-- für den Trasnport in dem ich nur 4 kleine 3cm grosse Glühbirnen bestellen möchte? Sorry...aber bei euch bestelle ich nichts

Company has very strange warenty policy. Got a defect bulb (575W HMI c60€), but because i noticed it just after e few weeks I could not send it back. Customer service not helpful nor friendly.

Ordered a bulb and it took them 2 weeks to tell me it will take another 6 weeks.

Denk goed na voor je hier iets besteld! Levering duurt lang en als blijkt dat de lamp qua afmeting niet past ben je bij retour 15% handeling kosten kwijt. In mijn geval een bestelling van €306,87 krijg je €245,39 terug. €61,48 verlies op 1 bestelling. Zelfs het retour zenden is ook voor eigen rekening. Jammer dat er zo met klanten omgegaan wordt! Ga zo vooral door! Hoop dat jullie iets goeds doen met mijn geld!

Achtung, Firma wirbt mit Schweizer Domain und als Proflamps Schweiz. Versendet die Ware von Holland aus. Es entstehen horende Versandkosten und auch Zollkosten. Ware für 180 CHF Bestellt, Total kosten von 80 CHF Versand Zoll Etc... FInger Weg.
