Very comfortable experience with Dr. Snoeren. She listens and understands my condition and state of mind very well. I can trust her completely.

Everything was perfect. I only waited for about 1-2min in the waiting room.

Ik ben zeer tevreden zowel over de huisartsen als over de assistentes en de poh.

Al jaren mijn huisartsenpraktijk. Heel tevreden. Fijne artsen, nemen goed de tijd en leggen zaken duidelijk uit.

eindelijk 1 huisarts die mij begrijpt en steunt en goede raad geeft.
Ook als ik bel word ik altijd vriendelijk te woord gestaan en geholpen.
en dat in deze moeilijke tijd.

Neemt de tijd voor je echt top,maak je niet vaak meer mee.

Supportive responses, friendly service, takes concerns to heart and makes a plan to resolve it. Appreciate the fact that they explain thoroughly.
Only thing is you wait 10-20 mins sometimes after your 'appointment' time.

Kundige en aardige huisartsen. Luisteren goed en staan open voor eigen inbreng. Afspraak maken kan soms pas na een week maar als je ze echt dringend nodig hebt kun je snel terecht

Fijne artsen !! alleen vindt ik het wel allemaal erg langzaam gaan vooral het contact met secretaresse,s raar dat dit bij iedereen bekend is en er niets mee gedaan wordt !! Kan beter

I called to make an appointment with a doctor who I have been consulting for a chronic health problem. The assistant I spoke with was really rude to me speaking in an authoritarian way and saying that she is going to decide which doctor I will see and it's not my choice. I ended up telling her off. Later I realised that my appointment was cancelled without any notification. It is obvious that she cancelled as a result of her sly unprofessional attitude. As a result, my treatment ended up delaying for weeks. The attitude of the assistants at Hoog Bergen is disgusting! They let people suffer and they especially discriminate against foreign patients.

Extremely rude, arrogant and very incompetent. You wonder how this doctor managed get his degree.
The receptionist are normally not worth mentioning, but the incompetence is through the roof.

Dr.S. - terrible doctor!! Avoid her at all costs!! My dad had undiagnosed stage 4 cancer and she made us wait for weeks to go to a specialist because "i am sure it's nothing serious, just some back pain". I went back home, waited for it to be 5 pm and went to the ER, that's how we found out. If I'd listened to her, my dad would've died in a few days. This is malpractice and I am so angry that these doctors are protected and untouchable. Just allowed to ruin people's lives like that.

If you finally ever get in contact with them, it will end in a huge disappointment. Extremely incompetent and unwilling. But they are polite, not that that helps anything.

Incompetent and extremely obnoxious personnel and doctor. The receptionists should become traffic cops or something, such ignorance.
