Holiday Inn Eindhoven, an IHG Hotel

Liked this hotel and it is worth all 5 stars.
Clean, well-maintained.
Staff is very polite and professional.
Service is at its best.
Location - close to railway station and central bus station, shopping area.
Rooms are spacious with large windows

I was so happy during staying at this hotel.
I think that room is big space and well maintaind.
Especially, Staff are so kind, also Breakfast is really good for us, we plan to visit here again.

I stayed twice at Holiday Inn on my business trips to Eindhoven, Netherlands. Both times the cafeteria staff and service were outstanding, the rooms were spacious, great house keeping, the mini gym, self laundry services were all classy.
One of the best points was close proximity and walkable distance to Eindhoven Centraal Railway Station.
I would highly recommend!!!

Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very cosy and clean. Breakfast is great. The amenities are great. Everywhere you want to go is just half a half kilometres away from the hotel. The central station is just a 10 minutes walk from hotel.

Great hotel right near the center of Eindhoven! The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the accommodations are nice. The breakfast here has a lot of options to choose from and plenty of seats. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy access to the metro. The rooms are clean, equipped with a mini bar, coffee and a small office. All inside the room

I have 2 weeks for business trip in this IHG hotel and I have some good memories as below:
1. The breakfast is very nice and they also provides us meal box for taking out.
2. All staff of reception, restaurants, cleaning are nice and kind. When I have questions, they could give me the answer and suggestions.
3. Parking slots are very much and well for parking your car even if you have big car.
4. It is closed with Eindhoven train station and shopping mall.
5. There is a very nice view for High floor room and I am a intercontinental member so I am upgraded to well room with Bathtub.
But I still have some suggestions for better experience as below:
1. Not all member know intercontinental member and platinum card could get free water per day and I need to ask the water everyday by myself with the explanation.
2. For this two weeks, I have different booking number because of some difficulty problem and I paid 3 times and it depends on my booking. First week, staff said I could get my receipt when I finished travel (final check out), but second week, staff forget to give me my last receipt and I need to explain again. I think you could print the receipt while I finish the each paid to prevent the misunderstanding or mistake.
However, most of things are fine and I will be back if I have next time and I hope you could know my suggestion.

Very nice hotel with good location, just 5 minutes away from the Central Station from where you can take a bus or a train. The rooms are big and have everything you need, the staff clean the room every day.
Food is general good, you will not go wrong with anything.

This is hard to rate. I reserved 2 rooms here about 3 months before our trip to Eindhoven. When we arrived, the desk said they were over booked & would we be willing to take rooms with no TV? I agreed, we didn't need them anyway, and she offered to comp breakfast for us. (which was, BTW hands down the best breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel). So we checked in and when I was giving them my cc for incidentals, I got an email from them saying they didn't receive my reservation in time and thus had no rooms available for me. (?) I finished check in and out was never mentioned. The room was fine, there was free laundry, and as I mentioned, the breakfast was amazing. Oddly they have no shuttle, but were in easy walking distance to the train station and lots of restaurants. Would be happy to stay here again.

I enjoyed a lovely stay at the HI Eindhoven. The premises are kept up to date, the executive room was really clean and spacious, even the pool and gym areas. In general, well kept and maintain hotel, short stroll from Central station and city center, and the staff was helpful and nice.

Fabulous hotel, room was larger than I expected, bed was comfortable. Very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Really good hotel, comfy, clean, really comfy bed. Good restaurant. Close to railway station but getting to and from station on foot is not brilliant thro underpass which, like most underpasses is tatty and downbeat.

Fab location , train and bus station right across the road , city centre a 5 min walk.

Amazing. Everything is near, station, city centar, Phillips stadium. Room is very clean, spacious. You have also gym and swimming pool in hotel. Everything is great.

We arrived at this hotel which is 5 minutes away from the centre. Friendly welcome and checked into our quite spacious, clean room with nice bathroom. There was no bath but lovely shower. The room had a kettle,Nespresso machine and a fridge. There is also an ice machine in the hotel. In the evening, it was raining but the hotel had umbrella’s you could borrow. This I found impressive. Comfy bed though I did not like the pillows. I advised this at reception on checkout & they said I could have called for other pillows. Great breakfast. At all times a really friendly service. Highly reccomended

Was great, excellent hotel, good breakfast option and other amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. It was an awesome experience to stay at this hotel.
But one downside is its a bit hard to access the hotel on foot (especially from train station side), but its not hotel's fault but the plan of the city.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel, and can only say really good things. Very difficult to fault!

We were running the half marathon. I would recommend visiting the city at this time, it really came alive.

I have detailed below some of the more common areas I hope you find useful if considering a stay here. But the best thing was the staff, genuinely very friendly and willing to help my friends and I ensure a happy and pleasant stay.

Jan the barman was very efficient and responsive. He knew we were running and ensured suitable nibbles! Arjan on the desk saw that our morning taxi was scheduled and we were on course for our flight home. He called them up to chase to make sure. Tony looked after us at breakfast and before the race, I think his recommendation of a strong coffee before the race worked! And of course thanks to Maarten whose recommendation of Johnny Walker red label to celebrate the race was good. All of the staff were very chilled and very accommodative, great people who do their company and their country a great credit. I hope to return next year and see if I can improve my time !

Location - superb, a few minutes walk to the city centre. One of the great things about Eindhoven is it is easily walked around. This hotel is close enough without being completely on top of everything. The actual location of the holiday inn is quite quiet and secluded, convenient for parking and travel to and from (we were picked up as had flown in from London) but an easy few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of bars and restaurants.

Room - we had a standard twin. Very comfortably bed, nice big fluffy pillows! Decent shower and toilet. TV sufficient and it was all very clean and well maintained.

Food - the breakfast was perfect. Excellent continental buffet. All you could want. I had a couple of huge plates of scrambled eggs and toast, plus lots of cereal and yoghurts to fuel me for the race. I don’t think I could have done better for 16 euros in the town, plus the free coffee refills.

I had a great time at this hotel and it was superb value. Very difficult to fault, credit to the staff and thank you to them and the great people of Eindhoven for putting on a great warm welcome for the marathon weekend : )
