Bought our very first car from here! Great experience, so far. Henry was our dealer, and is a very helpful and professional guy! Prices are not negotiable unless you exchange an old car, but they still have quite reasonable prices for well maintained cars. Only once you indicate your willingness to buy, you can take it for a testdrive. This is because they keep the car well polished and clean. Great experience buying a second hand car. The salesman was incredibly professional and guided us through every step of the way. The communication was very fluent and we were informed about all the deadlines, and administrative procedures in such high detail.
Also, the extra services they offer are of high-end quality and super cheap. They gave us the car newer than it looked!
It was the first time we were buying a car, and we felt relieved to be in such good hands.

We let them know we wanted to buy a car in very short notice and the process was fast and smooth. We called late in the evening, made an appoinent for next day first thing in the morning, all the paperwork was done in half an hour, and the car was ready for pick-up in a couple of days. Excellent customer service and advice, and we also got a nice gift when picking up the car. Definitely recommended!

The buying of the car was very straightforward. No beating around the bushes. Henry could answer all my questions and could show me a good car for a fair price. The car looked very good in the loot and so far it drives as good as it looked. If I buy another used car, I will come back to this place

They have a very wide selection of cars , their cars are very neat and well taken care of. Henry was the one to help us with our purchase and he did an amazing job. Nice selection of cars that are clearly very well-maintained. I liked how the salesperson (Henry) wasn't too pushy and didn't try to upsell us on useless accessories. We were offered a €600 guarantee package in case anything went wrong in the first 3 months, but we declined and that was that.

Two things unique to this dealership that might throw some people off:
1. Prices are fixed here so there's no haggling (which is nice honestly, at least it doesn't feel like they're trying to rip you off with their prices).
2. Test driving is the last thing you do before you buy, once you really think you want it.
These aren't bad things at all, but it's different from most used car dealerships. I'll certainly consider SDL for my next car purchase too.

They have a nice selection of cars and the dealership is very neat, it is clear that they take good care of their business. Very happy with my Mazda so far. The communication with Henry was pleasant and efficient. I would recommend.
