Good afternoon, I received a payment invoice from your clinic. Since I am a refugee from Ukraine, every time I received a service I wondered whether my insurance would cover the treatment. Since the issue of money is acute in our family. But now I received a bill for 46 euros. 55 cents for a consultation which, in my opinion, was not and could not be due to the fact that I do not speak Dutch and the doctors do not speak Ukrainian, and we simply cannot understand each other, I think withdrawing money for this is illegal because with every during my visit, my husband acted as a translator or they typed a short answer on the computer for me. Does this really cost you 50 euros? In the clinics where my relatives are served, they do not charge money for consultations, only for the provision of services. I would like to note that the provision of services is my question was never asked because in the end I had this tooth removed anyway. I ask the clinic staff to understand our position and withdraw the invoice regarding the consultation.Everything else, since there is still a bill of 16.62. for filling a tooth, I will pay, and not a consultation, which for me did not and could not happen.
