Excellent service and very friendly staff.

I rented a car for 2 months and my youngest son accidentally broke the button to open the rear window. I reported it and they didn't even charge me for the repair.

Vriendelijke mensen. Betrouwbaar.
Ik zou op de website duidelijker vermelden dat er een borg moet worden betaald.
Ook vond ik het lastig om voor de keuze gezet te worden over de hoogte van het eigen risico bij de verzekering. Waarom is die keuze niet beschikbaar op de site? Mensen snappen dit heus wel hoor ;-)
