Fijn afhaal- en brengpunt. Hele aardige en behulpzame medewerkers. Enige minpuntje, op zaterdag al om 10u weer dicht. Dat is echt niet fijn. Verder top!

Erg vriendelijk personeel, ze helpen je waar ze kunnen! In de vakantie mocht mijn pakket daar 4 weken blijven, totdat ik terug was. En ze hebben heel trouw de schoolboeken van onze zoon bewaard die verkeerd waren afgeleverd, en we dachten kwijt te zijn.Super service!!!

I wasn’t home and my package was delivered here which is 5 km from my house and doesn’t have convenient access by bus. While, there is a drop off point right across my building. I don’t understand why post nl would do this. I had to take time off work to be able to go and pick up my package. This is unacceptable!

And on their website, it is impossible to find where you can actually file a complaint.
