My stay at Fletcher Hotel in Hertogenbosch was a delightful experience from start to finish. Situated in the heart of the charming city of Hertogenbosch, this hotel offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff, who were attentive and eager to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel's lobby exudes a welcoming atmosphere, with stylish decor and cozy seating areas where guests can relax and unwind.

The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities provided.

One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant, where I enjoyed a delicious meal made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The culinary experience was truly exceptional, with a diverse menu offering something to suit every palate.

We were here for one night only. We booked the cheapest hotel we could find and didn't expect a lot to be fair. But we were pleasently surprised with our room, couldn't really ask for something else. Was very clean, modern and had everything you need and even more. Super happy with our stay and would come back on our next trip for sure! :) You just need your own car or book a taxi...

Booked a 1 night, cheapest room for 2, without breakfast. Thought it was one of the nicest 4 star hotels I’ve been to!

The pressure of the shower was very good. The isolation of the room was also perfect (no noise from the highway).
We reached by public transport from Den Bosch and it was ok (bus 4 or 6 both work). Less than 30 minutes bus + walk. If you’re young and not carrying big luggage, it’s ok. It’s a 10 minute walk.
The room had an extra pillow, hair dryer, coffee and tea, two bed side tables with enough plugs and we could connect the phone to the TV and watch a movie of our choice.
Very convenient also that it has a 7am-midnight McDonalds in front of it, so we had breakfast at McCafe.

The only minor cons would be that the heater was a bit low, so at first it was a bit too cold - but expected for the energy crisis we are living; and that the TV had a limit of 35 sound which was too low (but we just downloaded a volume booster on the phone and fixed it 🫣)

The staff was friendly as well and efficient. No complaints in general!

The room is spacious and comfortable. Lots of added little benefits such as expresso machine. The lights are odd but in a stylish way. Lots of little lights you have to switch on by hand. Nice ambiance but definitely underlit. Breakfast was very good with excellent coffee and a fresh orange press machine. The hotel is elegant but definitely aimed at business market. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was recently refurbished and they addressed most of the complaints I trad in other reviews. I would recommend it.

Large, comfy beds. Very good sound insulation and thick blinds to cover sunlight. Aircons are also quiet. Breakfast is a bit expensive (€16) but worth the price

I stayed for one night. Everything was fine and clean. People at receptions were nice too.

Modern but pleasant hotel on the outskirts of 'S- Hertogenbosch, but the 74 bus takes you into town and back. My room was large and comfortable, and free dependable wifi. Pity my room didn't have a bath as well as a shower, as well as no safe in the room only behind reception, but these were minor issues. There is a lake directly behind the hotel so you can take a stroll or a run along its paths. Or take another path a little further afield through the Natuurgebied de Heinis, to a pleasant cafe called D'n Boerderij that I'd also recommend. Update: the food here is first rate; outstanding for a restaurant let a hotel - Enjoy your stay!

We we're checking in lately, but they had a free room that was priced well. It was really spacious, clean and tidy. The staff was extremly friendly and fullfilled every wish we had.

I worked for Accor in Paris, I managed a Hilton in California, and for once I was a guest in a Mercure. I had a wonderful stay. the Front desk team was amazingly efficient, and the housekeeper who cleaned my room found my diamond necklace on the TV stand. Not only did I got my necklace back, but they the bar tender ran up to get it from storage. Kuddo's to the team, kuddos to the hotel manager to have choosen such wonderful people to make a difference...a bed is a bed Service is everything...this one is MY mercure for sure!!

A wonderful, clean hotel with the best staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the restaurant serves delicious meals.

Spacious event rooms. Nice servants. Event was with good arranged bar and fingerfood.
