ING Oudenbosch

I went today with a friend to open an account for him and he was refused because the BSN paper he had was issued in 2014. Nevertheless he had to show only ONE valid document, besides his identity card, and he had the paper from the work compiled today by his manager, but the old grudge lady she simply refused to acknowledge that, she refused to serve a customer. I call this Racism!
"To open an account you need valid
proof of your identity* and one of
the following documents proving
that you live, work, study or own a
house in the Netherlands:

If you work in the Netherlands, you
will need to show us your
employment contract."

Cannot give less than one - if u are from abroad and you want to open account there, forget about it. I went there more than 5 times, each time opening was aborted because of "something". Last time the problem was that there was no bsn nr on uittreksel, lady did not care that we got it on another paper from gemeente. Uneducated people, sticking to rules from 5 or more years ago. I called ING and they could not understand, why account could not be opened with those valid papers. 1/5 avoid that point, get appointment at ING bank and dont wqste your time.

Ik ben al 5maanden aan het proberen via ww.enz. op mijn ing app te komen,dit lukt niet,tot overmaat van ramp is het kantoor in Roosendaal verdwenen. 75000 inwoners hoe is dit mogelijk.Wat een service
