Heb drie weken moeten wachten voordat ik mijn horloge kon ophalen, maar het eindresultaat mocht er zeker zijn. Ben erg positief over Seiko. Ben erg blij met het saffier glas wat in mijn horloge is geplaatst, ook de service beurt was erg goed. Ga zo door Seiko!

Uitzonderlijk vlotte en klantgerichte service van de dienst naverkoop. Perfecte en uiterst efficiënte opvolging. Bravo!

Seiko Diver horloge uitstekend binnen de garantie periode gerepareerd.
Tevens buiten de reparatie om andere onderdelen vervangen en horloge gereinigd.
Horlogeband krasvrij gemaakt.

Ik heb hier onlangs mijn uurwerk gekocht. Er was een probleem opgetreden bij de levering met PostNL. Alles werd echter goed geregeld door de enorm vriendelijke klantenservice! Aangename ervaring en zeker een aanrader!

Love the watches but the service from this service centre is not what it should be! I had to return a rather expensive Presage for a guarantee repair after less than a year of wear in October 2021 and had yet to get a firm date of completion of repairs by March 2022. After several calls where they have promised to return to me with a date they had yet to do so. I was a dissatisfied customer and I still am, next time the watches will have to take the shortcut to Japan. This post has been edited in 2024 in order to not get censored by Google but the geist is the same.

We bought two very expensive Seiko Astron watches in September . Neither watch has ever worked properly . 3 visits to the store have failed to fix the problems . The watches have now been sent away for another 3 weeks !. Having enjoyed owning several Seiko watches over the years , it appears their quality has deteriorated . No point in blaming Ramon Elshout the hapless store manager ., he himself had to have a lengthy call to attempt to fix the watches the second time around .
We have referred the matter to consumer association .

poor after service! When you cant deliver the quality that the customer has paid for, you should take responsibility and ownership of this problem! I bought my last seiko watch!

Via een dealer mijn horloge aangeboden voor reparatie. In totaal is mijn horloge 3 maanden weg en ik word nul gecompenseerd. Geen excuus, geen verlaging in kosten niets! U wacht maar. Fijne service not! Daarnaast is de communicatie traag… Totaal niet tevreden!
