Trainen voor een marathon (42,2 km) is een zware belasting voor je lichaam. In mijn aanloop naar deze uitdaging heb ik te maken gehad met diverse klachten en blessures.
Fysioterapeut Martin Riem Vis heeft mij uitstekend behandeld en begeleid om fit aan de start te verschijnen. Hij heeft zich aangepast aan mijn trainingsschema om zo massages en behandelingen te kunnen verrichtten die ik op dat moment nodig had.

Uiteindelijk heb ik klachten vrij en met soepele spieren de Marathon van Rotterdam 2021 kunnen lopen.
