the Coconut fibre futon with tatami mats underneath has genuinely given me the best quality of sleep I have ever experienced.

Something had gone wrong with a delivery and the store was proactive in finding solutions and making sure that they worked for me as well. I'm definitely coming back here first if I ever look for furniture in the future

Even though the sofa came 1 month later, we have expected it to take around 2 months in total. We are actually fine with this delay.

I bought the Roots 140 sofa-bed from Karup; and Sasa sent it to me on time and form! Also, their support is amazing as I was a little confused about the delivery time (it turned out to be a third-party delivery mix up), and they solved it for me.

It has been a nice experience to buy a couch. They are available in case of need and the delivery was on schedule. They even refunded me some money that I payed in addition by mistake.

Very pleased with my beautiful 'Karup' fauteuil and the exemplary services of Sasa Store ! Their kind and professional people were there for me from start to finish: there was immediate response to my first call; one contact person was assigned to me during the whole process; they did the impossible to get my order delivered on time in the busy period of the end of the year; finally when I realised I wasn't going to be able to assemble the furniture on my own, again they stretched another mile further to find the best solution for me within one day. What can I say?! Extremely impressed by their high professional level and great humanity! Above all, I think I found a place where I can always return when I need a beautiful, natural and functional item for my home.

I had a great shopping experience with Sasa Store. I ordered a futon bed and a mattress from them. They kept me informed about the delivery by regular emails and despite COVID-19, the delivery wasn't delayed. Their phone service was also great! The bed itself was easy to assemble and the mattress is comfy and feels very supportive to the spine. Definitely recommend!

I bought the Karup slaapbank Roots naturel.

Delivery lead-time (5 star): I ordered my product on June 25th, and received the product on June 28th. The delivery lead-time is good even though you cannot choose the delivery date when you made the order. However, they also guarantee to text or email you 2 days before the delivery date.

Delivery service (4 star): Because of COVID-19, the courier can only deliver my product to the first door at the entry. Since I live at 4th floor, it is a little bit inconvenient. Fortunately, I still managed to move everything to my studio.

Assembly (5 star): The instruction is easy to read, and there is an official assembling video on their Youtube channel. So I did not encounter any difficulty when assembling the product.

Package (4.5 star): The futon is double packed, and that is great because the package can prevent the futon from getting dirty when I drag it on the floor. The natural wood has many small wood chips, so I need to use a tissue to clean all the pieces before starting to assemble the product.

Product quality (5 star): Exactly the sofa I'm looking for. I like the design of the sofa, and the futon is not too soft so you don't feel back pain or butt pain after long-time sitting. The support from the futon will also give your a nice sleeping quality. However, I cannot tell whether it is a long-stand product yet, so it will need some time to experiment that.

Great service and in my case they delivered a lot faster than the time they gave on the website and email. Fast delivery, friendly service! They delivered a product with a little flaw in it and immediately exchanged it for free no problem. Great quality products! Would buy here again

Great service and an excellent product. We ordered the Tatami mattress and are really enjoying using this with a topper instead of a “normal” mattress. Absolutely fantastic.

Delivery as promised. The bed frame is solid wood. The futon is comfortable for me. Very stable bed, no noise.
