I have been a customer in this salon for 10 years. The nails salon owner Mary Bolleboom is not nice person and tactless. She systematically discriminated me cause I am a foreigner (very proud) and look better than her. I have never felt comfortable when she was around. This woman has negative energies. Have heard it from other clients as well.
Usually, I would come to cosmetics treatments, by her business partner and I was very pleased with the treatment and the service. Only in recent years I became a client of the nail salon.
Last week, I came to my monthly treatment of my nails by one of her new worker Cristiana. It was a catastrophe, and nightmare from hell, understatement...
Apart from the fact that she had ruined all my nails, she also wounded my skin; my blood came out from all of my fingers, on the towel and on the working tools, if lack of professionalism of this worker was not enough, her rudeness towards me could breaks the record. She told me: "You make me nervous" (I did not talk, just asked her to be a little careful) this in order to cover up the fact she is an unqualified worker. The nightmare lasted more than 3 hours, and twice I needed a temporary repair of the damage nails.
The salon owner, Mary Bolleboom, bothered to tell me that she is busy with another client when I turned to her for help. She was "kind" enough to correct my nails a bit, and later gossip about me with the other client while I was next to her. Another senior worker helped but with temporary results...
Today I was supposed to have a meeting there, but the owner Mary Bolleboom who didn’t have the moral decency to apologize for the damage and bad attitude I have received, as good service provider would say and compensate, she told me in a telephone conversation that I am not welcome any more.
For the record, I didn’t ask for compensation for the damage (even though I was entitled to it) I suffered and for the humiliating treatment I received from her and her unprofessional worker Cristiana (who by the way works behind the owner’s back trying to steal her customers).

I have no doubt in my mind that if I were a Dutch woman, I would have been treated better.
I'm glad I found another place, with great good attitude, cheaper prices and professional work.
In other words, thank you Mary Bolleboom for kicking me out, it played for my benefit.
Shame on you. Mary Bolleboom.
