Pancake House & Restaurant Berg and Dal

Great food, nice waiters who speak excellent English. Reasonable prices, though drinks are a bit small for how much they cost (€2.8 for a small fanta). Calm outdoor atmosphere, surrounded by trees and a lovely forest. Overall a great restaurant to visit, well worth the uphill bike ride.

And to us very important..the amazing cheesecake is not straight out of a cooler but roomtemp. :)

I had an amazing experience dining at Bergendal Restaurant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service provided by the restaurant workers. They were so friendly and attentive, which made my dining experience even more enjoyable. Hidden gem! Price is reasonable, pancake is awesome! And the place itself is really cozy, staffs are nice as well!

Gorgeous place with the best pancakes, excellent service and beautiful and unique décor. They also have an excellent choice of all kinds of meals, portions are huge and prices really good. It is also located near Tivoli and several museums, so also a perfect place to have something delicious to eat after a fun day. Love the place and would really recommend!

Superb. Pancakes were delicious, as you'd kind of expect. But who knew their fish and chips was this good. Some of the very best I have ever eaten (and believe me, I've had a LOT). Could teach some British chippys a thing or two. Service was also excellent. Will definitely come back if we're ever in the area.

I can not remember the correct name for these Dutch pancakes, but one of the best food experiences I’ve ever had. They had pineapple, ham and cheese “baked inside” them, not put in between, like all the other ones I had before.
The staff was super friendly and the fact that you still are allowed to smoke on a patio in the Netherlands made it so much more fun for me (the social smoker).
The location was mesmerising, the sun was out, visiting my family after years. It was a perfect day at a perfect restaurant :)

The pancakes were very tasty. They say they make them the old fashioned way, well, you can taste that!
The personell was friendly, though couldnt really give tips on what to do on a rainy day in the surroundings, which was sad.
I would definetely eat here again!
It is easily accesible, and has a lot of places to sit.

Idyllic location with tasty pancakes (sweet or salty)! Baby got a plushy and the parents a free drink because the food took so long 🙂 The staff is very nice and there is a changing place for babies.
Only downside, there are not so many parking lots available.
